We’re always very eager to get started on a project when a brief includes the words, “design will be key” along with a few buzz words; modern, edgy, tech savvy. Lucky for us then that the timeline from brief to designed and printed brochures was fast and furious.
The property for sale in this instance was most valued for its location near ‘silicon roundabout’ but did not offer great photos of the property itself. And so the design and brand took on even more importance in creating an eye-catching, information-delivering, and high quality brochure. Befitting of the tech region, the brand embraced both a contemporary typography as well as striking yellow colour which would run throughout the brochure.
